Workforce development boards (MassHire) must agree to serve as a lead partner in an Innovation Career Pathway. Your MassHire board partners can provide advice and assistance in developing and implementing pathways. There must also be at least one employer from the industry sector who also agrees to serve as a partner to the LEA.
