Year-at-a-Glance Template (Athol HS)

Having trouble keeping track of grants and pathways and field trips and the normal day-to-day?

Athol HS consolidated everything into a spreadsheet template that lays out activities by grant/stakeholder each month of the school year. They have active MLSC, One8, and PLTW grants, and their pathways are advanced manufacturing and information. Their MassHire and CCRC have their own view that adds roundtable topics, guest speakers, and field trips. It’s a great way to help manage overlapping priorities and having multiple departments/focus areas involved in your program’s implementation.
