Makers of a Better Future Course

The Makers of a Better Future introduces five emerging technologies in advanced manufacturing and the technicians and engineers who work with them: Advanced Functional Fabrics, Advanced Robotics and Automation, Integrated Photonics and Lasers, Additive Manufacturing, and Flexible Hybrid Electronics. Each of the five course modules has two sections, focused on introducing the technology and highlighting careers in the field. The modules include short videos introducing basic concepts related to each technology, highlighting relevant examples from companies in Massachusetts and beyond, and featuring interviews with workers in various areas.
