Equity in Youth Apprenticeship Programs

From the National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity (NAPE), this workbook-style tool is designed to acknowledge and address equity challenges in pathway programs. This toolkit provides resources and activities to help youth apprenticeship practitioners eliminate disparities and to purposefully establish equitable learning environments for all students. The activities and resources in this tool may be helpful to teams (re)designing engaging and immersive work based learning experiences for students.
