CCE and DESE invite you to a webinar on Tuesday, April 8 from 2:00-3:00 pm to welcome new designees to the network and inform next steps for the launch of Innovation Career Pathways programs. This webinar is intended for those who received a new pathway designation in Spring 2025, with the goal of preparing participants to launch their pathway programs in Fall 2025. Participants will be introduced to resources and tools that support pathway development in alignment with the Guiding Principles and hear from current designees on how they strategically plan and prioritize next steps for program launch. We are excited to have guest presenters from Hoosac Valley High School including Community and Pathways Coordinator Erica Girgenti and Environmental Science Pathway Teacher (and MAICP Peer Ambassador) Lindsay McGinnis joining this webinar.

Especially if your school/district is a first-time designees, this is a great webinar to include key internal and external team members who will be supporting classroom educators and pathway coordinators through the launch phase. These might include Business Office, Grants, or Facilities staff, or MassHire or other workforce or community/employer partners. All are welcome to the MAICP Community of Practice!
