CCE and DESE invite you to an in-person workshop designed to energize your team to collaborate on strengthening the integration of MyCAP with your Innovation Career Pathways programming. The event is open to teams of 2-4 individuals from any school in the MAICP network. Schools are encouraged to send a team that includes staff in various roles including ICP coordinator, school counselor, building administrator, and pathway course teacher. The workshop will include presentations by staff from three schools with different approaches to MyCAP/ICP integration, highlighting strong practices related to integration, such as involvement of classroom teachers in implementation, approaches to enhanced supports for specific populations, and assessment of student learning outcomes. The presentations will be followed by facilitated case consultancies where each school team shares a problem of practice and receives feedback and strategies from colleagues. At the conclusion of the workshop, Leicester Assistant Superintendent Rich Lind will offer an optional tour of the school’s ICP facilities.
