High-Need Designee Teachers PLC Series

Wednesday, November 13

For 2024-25, we are offering a three-session PLC series for pathway course teachers from schools with higher percentages of high-need students (click for a list of eligible designee districts/schools). The PLC will be co-facilitated by Annie Le, Work-Based Learning Director at Excel High School, and Annie Leonard of CCE.

You are welcome to register for and participate in more than one PLC – but please, when you register, make a commitment to participating in all three one-hour meetings in the series. The goals of the PLCs are to:

  • foster a collaborative and reflective community of practitioners in the industry sector/focus area for the PLC
  • address common problems of practice arising in the course of designing and sustaining effective, equitable pathways.

These goals cannot be achieved without your attendance and engagement! PLCs are not recorded, so you need to be present to participate. The agendas will emphasize participant-generated dialogue, problem-solving, and resource-sharing, and over the course of three sessions, we guarantee you will both give and receive valuable knowledge, strategies, and feedback from the group.

Dates and times:

Registration for this PLC is closed. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@maicp.org.
