How do we apply for funding?

Please visit the DESE Grant Funding Opportunities webpage and look for the RFP’s. Fund Code 436 is the ICP Planning Grant, for districts applying for an ICP designation; Fund Code 419 is the ICP Implementation and Support Grant, for current designees. Both grants must be submitted in GEM$, DESE’s cloud-based fiscal and program management grant system. Note, to be considered for competitive funding, applicants must submit a grant application by the due date listed in the RFP.
