What is the “Community of Practice,” in the context of Innovation Career Pathways?

The Community of Practice consists of district and school administrators, teachers, counselors, and other educators who are current or prospective Innovation Career Pathways designees; their MassHire and other workforce, industry, and nonprofit partners directly connected to the work; and DESE agency staff focused on Innovation Career Pathways. The Community of Practice is facilitated by DESE’s technical assistance partner, the Center for Collaborative Education.
